The nominees include Emily of Nottingham, who has earned a QPA of 5.0 and is in the top 10% of the class of 2024. She attended flight school in Harford County and earned her pilot license and associate's degree from Essex Community College while attending Perry Hall high school. Additionally, Emily is known for her kind nature and dedication to her neighbors.

On top of all these accomplishments, Emily is the kindest girl who always greets her neighbors with a wave and a smile. She deserves to be recognized for all her accomplishments.
