Dundalk's Canceled Christmas Train Garden May Not Be Gone For Good This Year
A volunteer fire station is weighing its options to see if it can still hold its annual Christmas train garden display. The Wise Avenue Volunteer Fire Company in Dundalk, Maryland, has been hosting the Christmas Train Garden for 45 years. This year, due to decreasing volunteer numbers, officials had to cancel the 2026-2027 season due to concerns about the shortage of volunteers. Following the announcement of the cancellation, the station announced it was looking into possible options to keep the tradition alive. While many residents expressed disappointment, only a few people have signed up to volunteer for the upcoming season. Interests can be made through volunteers at [email protected].
