The center, located in the Terminal A baggage claim area near Starbucks, serves as a gateway to local attractions for approximately 25 million travelers each year. It features 24-hour interactive destination information kiosks and recommendations from "destination experience associates." The Welcome Center blends local culture, technology, and personalized service to offer visitors an engaging and accessible way to discover Maryland's diverse destinations and experiences.
