Continental Realty Corp., a commercial real estate and investment company, has sold the Towne Square neighborhood shopping center in Ocoee, Florida for $18.1 million. The 126,000-square-foot retail center was purchased by JBL Asset Management, a Florida-based real estate investment manager. Prior to the sale, Continental Realty had owned the shopping center since 2015.
