Curtis Bay man charged after assaulting E-Scooter rider with helmet
A Curtis Bay man faces assault charges after allegedly chasing down and attacking an e-scooter rider with a helmet over the weekend. A 40-year-old man has been charged with robbery and assault for allegedly assaulting an e-scooter rider in Curtis Bay, Maryland. The incident occurred when a driver started yelling at the victims and one of the victims broke his side-view mirror on his truck. The suspect then allegedly chased the victims down a nearby pier and stole their helmet. All parties involved were located and all parties were charged with felony.
