A mother in Maryland contacted police, over a man living in a sewer near her home. She said he approached her children and chased them down the street. A mother in Baltimore County, Unique Wiggins, has reported that a man living in a sewer has been harassing her children and chasing them down the street. Wiggins investigated after hearing similar complaints from her children four times. She found the man inside the sewer and confronted him, arguing that the children were the ones causing the issue. The man was arrested but released on his own recognizance on October 13 and another peace order was served Thursday. Wiggins suggested posting no-trespassing signs and covering sewer openings to prevent people from entering the sewer.
