Road Rage Incident With Gun Leads To Conviction Of Howard County Man
A Howard County man has been found guilty in connection to a road rage incident involving a gun, prosecutors say. Howard County Police have convicted Eric Vacarro Henson of first-degree assault and other firearm-related charges following a road rage incident involving a gun. The victim reported that the driver of a Toyota Camry had been driving aggressively towards her on Route 40 westbound near Frederick Road, Maryland, while she was stopped at a traffic light. The driver of the Camry allegedly pointed a gun at her, prompting her to flee and call 911. Police identified Henson as the suspect after executing a search warrant at Henson's home. Henson will be sentenced on July 19.

On Feb. 5, Howard County Police investigated a report of a road rage incident involving a gun. The victim told police the driver of a Toyota Camry had been driving aggressively toward her on Route 40 westbound near Frederick Road. While she was stopped at a traffic light, the driver of the Camry pointed a gun at her. The victim took off and called 911, the prosecution shared.
